Limited Five (5) Year Warranty
The Short Version
Send us your messed up The Grill Mat and we’ll make it right!
The Long Version
The Grill Mat is warranted against manufacturer defects, and damage sustained to The Grill Mat, as a result of normal use, for a period of five (5) years commencing on the date of purchase. Should The Grill Mat become damaged within the warranty period, or if a manufacturer defect is discovered, return the following items:

This warranty covers the replacement of the actual product, itself and DOES NOT cover any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect.

- the damaged or defective product
- $7.95 (US dollars, to cover processing & shipping)
- Your receipt (or explanation of when & where it was purchased)
- Your warranty “seal” or original packaging (if available)
- And the delivery address (so we know where to ship your replacement mat)
